    This bill creates national standards to protect cyclists and other vulnerable road users by requiring Automatic Emergency Breaking (AEB). It honors the legacy of Magnus White by making roads safer for everyone.

  • SB25-281: Accountability of Negligent Drivers

    SB25-281 aims to change the charge of Careless Driving Resulting in Death from a class one misdemeanor to a class 6 felony and would require mandatory chemical testing if a person was driving carelessly and those actions are the proximate cause of the death of another person.
